At SI Pathsala, we strive to provide high-quality educational content. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. Digital Products Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses and educational content, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or downloaded. By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that digital products are non-tangible and cannot be "returned".
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent access to purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same course due to a system error.
- Course Not as Described: If the course content significantly differs from what was described on the course page, and you have not completed more than 20% of the course.
- Legal Requirements: As required by applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or lack of interest in the course
- Insufficient time to complete the course
- Course difficulty not meeting expectations
- Already downloaded or accessed course materials
- Completed more than 50% of the course content
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at refunds@sipathsala.com within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order ID, registered email, and reason for refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
5. Course Cancellation by SI Pathsala
If a course is cancelled by SI Pathsala before you have accessed it, you will receive a full refund. If you have already accessed the course, we may offer a pro-rata refund or alternative course credit.
6. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our official process, your account will be suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is found to be invalid, your account may be permanently terminated.
